• The above-mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category.
• The rates quoted in the packages are on per person basis, valid for Indian nationals.
• Please be informed to maintain the timing for the sightseeing/transfers which will advisable by our executive.
• The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason, etc.
• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health-related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
• The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
• We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability.  Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
• The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot).
• For double service (half-day sightseeing + transfer or transfer & then half day sightseeing), we are not responsible if any sightseeing point is missed out due to any delay of guests or any unforced incident like road blockage, landslide, or earlier darkness.
• For tours starting or ending from India, we provide exclusive Indian Vehicle in India Part and Bhutan vehicle in Bhutan part. All the vehicles provided, unless otherwise specified will be Non AC Vehicles. Supplement Charges will be applicable for AC vehicles.

Indian nationals do not require visa to travel in Bhutan. However they require an entry permit which will have to be processed on arrival on production of a valid passport or Voter ID Card.

Advance Online Permits:
If you are traveling with an Indian Passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure from Bhutan), you can avail advance online permits by sending us clear colour scanned passport copy .It should reach us before 10 working days. We shall not be responsible for any rejections or similar issues in regards to the permits due to improper documents or delay in arrival of documents.

Restricted Area Permit for Punakha
If have send colour scanned passport copy in advance, we will take punakha permit in advance. If you are traveling with Voter id card or not sent your passport in advance, Then special permit for Punakha will have to be processed in Department of Immigrations, Thimphu; in production of the entry permit. This special permit is given only after guest has entered Bhutan. Permits are not issued on Saturday, Sunday & Bhutan Govt. holidays.

DO’S:

• Adults must carry original & valid Passport or original Voter ID card. Children must carry original & valid Passport or original birth certificate & school photo ID card.
• Remember to carry and other packings as per seasons and personal requirements (including hiking shoes)
• Please check with your mobile service provider for charges related to Bhutan.

DON’TS:

• Tobacco & Tobacco products are banned in Bhutan.
• Do not bring any plant or agricultural product out of Bhutan. It is illegal.
• Credit cards are accepted in selected establishments in Bhutan.
• Usage of Drones is strictly prohibited in Bhutan.
• Photography is not allowed inside temples and Dzongs.

• No Hotels have been blocked as of now.
• The above-mentioned rates are not valid during any Conferences, Diwali, Christmas & New Year period. Supplement charges will be applicable for the period mentioned.
• Night driver after 7 pm would be charged extra.
• The above itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
• Check-in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels
• The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
• The company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
• Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
• Above mentioned rates are subject to change due to the increase in fuel prices/taxation policy of the Govt.
• Rates are subject to change due to hikes and fuel places.

• Thimphu, being the capital and the most developed city in Bhutan, the hotel infrastructures, facilities and services are comparatively better than those in other places. Places like Paro, Punakha, and beyond mostly have resort type and old structure accommodation. Almost all the resorts and hotels in these areas are located away from the main town and scattered throughout the valley. The services and the facilities may not be comparable to those in Thimphu.
• Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• Most of the rooms in all hotels in Bhutan are twin-bedded rooms. Very limited rooms have a king size bed. King size bedded rooms will be provided subject to availability only. If the same is unavailable we shall provide twin-bedded rooms only.
• Due to less number of hotels available in similar category at Bhutan we provide combination of both 3-star premium and 4-star hotels under luxury package and combination of 4-star premium and 5-star hotels under premium package.
• Except selected 5-star hotels in Bhutan air-conditioned facility is not available in rooms. On request some of the hotels provide table fan only as per availability.
• Hotels in other cities of Bhutan may not match the standard of hotels in Thimphu, Paro & Punakha.
• Categories of Rooms in the packages are based on base category of rooms, unless specified.

Due to Bhutan’s location, altitude and clean environment, AC is generally not required in most of the parts. However it may be hot during some of the days (in the months of May, June, July) and in some parts of the country (such as Phuentsholing and Punakha/Wangdue). Even during these times weather is pleasant except for those days when it is sunny.

In case, of any requests for AC vehicle, Please note the following:

• Supplement cost as per vehicle selection would be applicable.
• The AC shall be switched on only when the Vehicle is on the move. When the car is travelling uphill AC will be put off (as this interferes with the performance of the vehicle).
• Due to limited AC vehicles in Bhutan, the request for AC vehicles needs to be confirmed well in advance.

• 100% payment to be made in advance at the time of booking the trip.
• Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.
• Cancellation as per terms and conditions.
• 5.00% GST is applicable on the total bill amount.
