• Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License / Aadhaar Card etc) for processing the permit. PAN Card is not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
• Permit also require for traveling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof.
• The above-mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category.
• The rates quoted in the packages are on per person basis, valid for Indian nationals.
• Please be informed to maintain the timing for the sightseeing/transfers which will advisable by our executive.
• The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason, etc.
• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health-related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
• The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
• We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability.  Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
• The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot).
• For double service (half-day sightseeing + transfer or transfer & then half day sightseeing), we are not responsible if any sightseeing point is missed out due to any delay of guests or any unforced incident like road blockage, landslide, or earlier darkness.
• Baba Mandir is new baba mandir.
• As Innova is low chassis car and not ideal to travel Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir. Alternative in Luxury vehicle like Scorpio / Xylo will be provided.

• We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
• Non a/c Wagon-R /Alto for 1-3 Pax including child.
• Scorpio/Xylo for 6 pax including child.
• If guests are booked for luxury vehicle, Scorpio/Xylo will be provided as per availability.
• Only 06 heads are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle.
• Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
• Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
• In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver.

• If arrival of guest is by train at NJP Railway Station, please be informed that our executive will be there to receive the guest at the New Exit Gate (Near Escalator) or arrive at Bagdogra Airport our executive will be there with the PLA – CARD at Exit Gate on the Airport.
• The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
• As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
• We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
• On arrival of guests we will provide mineral water, small kits, local tour co-ordintor number & service voucher. Our representative will brief the total tour itinerary to the guest.
• As most of the services are on point to point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leave the vehicle.
• In this sector the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any circumstance.
• If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
• If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive previous day before 16:00 hrs, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 16:00 hrs it will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for reschedule the sightseeing.
• Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Mainly in Gangtok vehicle will not allowed to park at the hotel instead of parking stand. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
• In Gangtok outside vehicle are not allowed to enter in the city. Only local taxi can roam around within Gangtok city. All outside vehicle will pick up & drop them from Deorali taxi stand. We provide local taxi for pick up & drop from hotel to taxi stand. For this reason guest have to wait sometime in the taxi stand.
• In case the guest is opting for Innova / Scorpio inform the guest to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be born by guest directly.
• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.
• Only 06 heads are allowed in 1 Innova / Scorpio / Xylo including child and 08 heads are allowed in 1 Sumo / Max including child. In case the number of travelers are increases, than the guest will have to opt for the additional vehicle with an extra cost which is directly payable by the guest on spot.

• No Hotels have been blocked as of now.
• The above-mentioned rates are not valid during any Conferences, Diwali, Christmas & New Year period. Supplement charges will be applicable for the period mentioned.
• Night driver after 7 pm would be charged extra.
• The above itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
• Check-in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels
• The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
• The company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
• Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
• Above mentioned rates are subject to change due to the increase in fuel prices/taxation policy of the Govt.
• Rates are subject to change due to hikes and fuel places.

• Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
• Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories)
• Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
• A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory. 
• For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.

• In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.

• Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.
• All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.
• In unavoidable circumstances, the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost.
• If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
• Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.
• All transfers from Gangtok / Darjeeling to onward destinations will be provided either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.

• The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability.
• Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday and Tuesday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Mon & Tue. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with an extra charge of approx. Rs. 5,500/- per vehicle.
• It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License and passport size photograph & Sikkim Travel Card. (Aadhar Card / PAN Card – not considered as a valid ID proof). For above 05 yrs. child School ID card is valid.
• As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio-Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :-
• In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the department generally club small number with another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass.
• The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
• In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
• Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
• Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can’t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
• In case of less than 8 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that case no refund would be applicable.

• 100% payment to be made in advance at the time of booking the trip.
• Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.
• Cancellation as per terms and conditions.
• 5.00% GST is applicable on the total bill amount.
