Splendid Port Blair with night stay in Havelock

• Check-out time for most of the hotels mentioned is 0700 Hrs.
• Please note that our executive will hold placard with your name just outside the only exit gate of the airport Terminal.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for the couple/group but will not be at disposal. It will be as per contract & will change as advised/mentioned.
• Baratang trip will be on sharing basis.
• Though the Islands have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations.
• Hotel / Resort selection is on the basis of “SERVICES” provided.
• City tour (City museums and monuments), Jolly buoy/Red Skin, Baratang are closed on Monday and on Government holidays.
• Ross Island is closed on Wednesday.
• Forest museum & Chatham saw mill are closed on Sunday.
• One night stay in Port Blair on your return from Havelock is mandatory, as Havelock-Port Blair ferries do not connect with departing flights on the same day.
• Please carry a pair of swim suit/dress while visiting a beach.
• We are not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight/ ferry.
• We are not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic change.
• In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/Seaplane/ to Havelock or other island gets canceled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair and additional night accommodation in Havelock/ Port Blair will be additionally charged.
• Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.

• No Hotels have been blocked as of now.
• The above-mentioned rates are not valid during any Conferences, Diwali, Christmas & New Year period. Supplement charges will be applicable for the period mentioned.
• The above itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
• Check-in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels
• The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.

• Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.

• Check-in time as per the flight timings starts with 0630 to 1200 hrs.
• In case the guest are arriving by ship the same procedure applies as above at the main harbour.
• Tour program will be advised to you by our executive on the very first day. Please note tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions here in Port Blair as the place is almost covered by tropical forest.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for that client but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change sector wise.
• As the vehicle & drivers keep changing, we request you to be careful with personal belongings.
  Sightseeing points remain closed on government holidays.
• Ships sails for Havelock at 6.30 am and 2 pm. Return boat from Havelock same day is at 2 pm and 4 pm. The ship belongs to Government under Andaman & Nicobar Administration and mainly sailing of ships totally depends on weather conditions. Child above 02yrs will be charged full.
• No cancellation and refund will be entertained once the tickets were purchased.
• Trip to Baratang Island, Rangat, Mayabunder and Diglipur is connected by surface transport by government and private bus as well.
• Our tour program is inclusive of all entry tickets i.e. in museum and memorial etc. as per itinerary.
• Due to inclement weather condition at Port Blair, some Islands guest can visit but not advisable for snorkeling due to less or nil transparency of water and some places live coral which is seen by glass bottom boat will effect due to rain and cloudy weather. Light & Sound program at Cellular Jail which totally depends on weather conditions, as it is in amply theater Style.
• All entry tickets are applicable for child above 02 yrs.
• As the area is isolated from mainland but rich in nature and beauty (Lush green dense forest, mangrove creeks, and virgin beaches) but can not be matched to those available in the plains and other developed destinations.
• In Port Blair majority of the hotels are constructed by cement structure but in Havelock Island mostly all resorts are made entirely Eco Friendly.
• We do not have star category hotels in Port Blair so we termed as Luxury, deluxe and Budget category. In all hotels extra person sharing the room child with extra bed will be provided mattress/rollovers as per requirement. Extra amount will be charge for the child above 03 yrs.
• There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full whatsoever may be the reason.
• Please note wherever Government boats are used for traveling, a fixed seat cannot be assured. You may sometimes have to travel on the deck.

• It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
• Please take extra dress and towel whenever you visit a beach, as the driver won’t allow you to get into the vehicle, if your clothes are wet. The saline water is primary cause of the vehicle getting rust, so please help us to keep our vehicles running for long.
• Hotel quality and service will be out of the purview. Please select your hotel stay based on consumer reviews and discretion.
• In case of any issues with service quality, we can try contacting the hotel for help. However, we do not promise to resolve the issue.
• Please confirm with the hotel about basic amenities like tea or tea coffee maker, water heater, etc. Some of the hotels do not house these things. In case they don’t, we cannot be held responsible. Although we can try helping you.
• It is the client’s responsibility to check and consult if their schedule is such that they are able to visit all the places. We will not be responsible to reimburse any money in case of the closure of a sightseeing place.
• Please maintain the decorum and courtesy with a fellow tourist, hotel staff, and tour operators. We would love to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable.

• 100% payment to be made in advance at the time of booking the trip.
• Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.
• Cancellation as per terms and conditions.
• 5.00% GST is applicable on the total bill amount.
