• In AC Cabs, AC/Heaters & Music System in Vehicle will not be operated on the hilly areas.

• Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In case the accommodation is not available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
• Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
• Vehicles will be parked at parking area at all station / airport / hotel / sightseeing area parking only. All guests have to walk down to the respective parking point by themselves.
• Non A/c rooms WITHOUT FAN AT MANY Hotels will be provided at many hotels in hill stations of Himachal like Shimla/ Manali/ Dharamshala/ Dalhousie/ Khajjar, as it doesn’t requires as per the weather conditions throughout the year, if some hotel’s have a/c in the room then it will be chargeable basis as per the hotels policy and on direct payment basis only – hotel don’t allowed it without any cost to use the a/c in room if it is there in any of the hotels.
• Some of the hotel may be on the outskirts area of the city/ town/ where there is ample parking space, good accessibility, silence, view. Main reason to avoid parking issue, hassle & buzzle of traffic issue.
• Himalayan National Park at Kufri and Advance Studies at Shimla, Roerich Art Gallery and State Museum are Closed at Monday.
• Please note the Readymade packages are designed strictly on the detailed itinerary being attached any extra sightseeing and excursion is subject to a supplement cost as per the actual.
• It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.
• No Hotels have been blocked as of now.
• The above-mentioned rates are not valid during any Conferences, Diwali, Christmas & New Year period. Supplement charges will be applicable for the period mentioned.
• Night driver after 8 pm would be charged extra.
• The above itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
• Check-in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels
• The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
• The company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
• Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
• Above mentioned rates are subject to change due to increase in fuel prices/taxation policy of the Govt.
• Rates are subject to change due to hike and fuel places.

• Rohtang Pass & Manikaran (Tuesday closed) Sightseeing is not included in cost from the day of quotation time itself, All guests have to pay extra for this sightseeing on direct payment basis to local transport union authorities or the hotel itself. Local transport union having the law of excursion of a vehicle in local sightseeing respective to destination to destination.
• Rohtang Pass sightseeing is not possible on Tuesday – due to the week off from local transport union, it can be changed without any prior notice or intimations.
• Please note these package does not include cost of Rohtang excursion because Non-Himachali Vehicles are not allowed to do Rohtang excursion as per Himachal government Notification.
• River rafting is possible at an extra cost when you are going to Manali or coming back from Manali, Our vehicle will not take you to rafting as a special or exclusive trip for it.

• 100% payment to be made in advance at the time of booking the trip.
• Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.
• Cancellation as per terms and conditions.
• 5.00% GST is applicable on the total bill amount.
