During Ramadan:

• Don’t expect bars to open before 8 pm (depending on the time of sunset). Bars are open (clubs are not) during Ramadan, but they will be quieter and will not play any music, live or otherwise. You can still get a drink, however, once the sun goes down.
• Don’t expect Belly dance or any live entertainment shows during Ramadan.

• Surcharges will apply during festivals, holidays / extended weekends, travel fairs, special events etc.
• Rates are subject to change in case of any hike in airport taxes, fuel charges, hotel rates, transport rates or government taxes .
• Special requests like early check-in, smoking, nonsmoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival.
• Special requests such as Twin room, double room, and extra bed are always subject to availability.
• If hotel in on high occupancy or any other unforeseen circumstance company reveres rights to change the hotel at the last moment.
• Standard check-in time: 14:00 HRS /Standard check-out time: 12:00 HRS. Early check-in/Late check-out will be subject to availability of Hotel & charges applicable.
• Please be informed that most of the hotels have a standard check-in and check-out schedules as follows and are imposing a strict policy on early check-in and late check-out surcharge:
• Rate of Exchange (ROE) will be applicable as per Exchange Rate along-with conversion & remittance charges extra, i.e. Rs. 1.00/USD.
• We shall proceed with the reconfirmation after receiving complete package cost.
• Passport copies and PAN Cards are mandatory for payments made in foreign currencies.
• No refund for any unutilized rooms, service or sightseeing.

Under the instruction of the Dubai Government, a new Tourism Dirham Fee (TD Fee) will now be charged on all stays at hotel establishments & must be paid upon checkout for each bedroom allocated for the stay (defined as a hotel or hotel apartment room that includes a bed or more). This applies for all types of stays, including promotional stays where free nights are availed, effective 31st March 2014. The fee will be based on the classification of the hotel establishment, charged per occupied room per night;

• 5 star – 20 AED per room per night
• 4 star – 15 AED per room per night
• 3 star – 15 or 10 AED per room per night
• 2 star – 10 AED per room per night
• Deluxe – 15 AED per room per night

The TD Fee is a separate fee & shall not be included in the room rate. This fee cannot be collected with the room rate, and will only be accepted by the hotel directly from the guest, upon check out.

• We need minimum around 8-10 working days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu) to process visa with Dubai Immigration, anyhow visa is subject to Dubai Immigration approval
• If there is any rejection, Blacklist OR any type of interruption by Dubai immigration then Visa charge + visa application cancellation charge (USD 40 Per Visa) will be applicable.
  If any guest visit to Dubai and exist and Dubai Immigration system will show status “Entered in Country” then we need Exit stamp copy (in & out Both) within 24 Hrs + clearance fees USD 40 per person if the respective client or guest fail to provide it will consider as absconding and USD 2000 per person will be charged an agent or guest must have to pay within 24 Hrs.
• UAE Visa is the separate identity of any package or individual visa booking, if there is any rejection or any type of objection by Dubai Immigration, rest all inclusions of the package will be charged including the above conditions (cancellation procedure).
• We reserve the right to deny any document related visa process but remain all inclusions cost will be charged (if under cancellation or any non-refundable booking are there).
• If there is any objection by Dubai Immigration in visa process (Delay, rejection, black list) & If there is any non-refundable or normal ticket booked by a respective travel agent or individual guest full package cost will be applicable.
• Visa fees is non-refundable.

• We are responsible for Ok to Board (where we charge) but we are not responsible for updating in Airlines system, we can provide the proof for submission but we are not liable to chase and update in the Airlines system.
• If Travel agent / individual guest barred any cost because of Ok to Board update, we are not responsible for any losses.

For Ladies

• Full sleeve dress.
• Scarf, what we call in Hindi ‘Dupatta’ is must. And Dupatta must be long enough to cover the face and hair of lady, not like a handkerchief.
• No transparent, skin tight, deep neck, shorts, leggings, t-shirts, will work.
• No dress with human face, animal or bird face will allow.
• They may use a trouser and shirt, but full sleeve only, and not transparent, deep-necked and not too much skin tight.

For Gents

• No shorts, capris, or similar dresses allowed.
• May use half sleeve dress.
• No transparent, and too much skin tight clothes allow.
• No dress with human face, animal or bird face will allow.

• Itinerary might be get changed according to the availability of tours & services and it will inform and updated to the guest once they reach Dubai.
• All SIC or PVT excursions plan should be informed to guest as per our DMC (destination management company). if there is any miscommunication, our DMC reserves the right to provide services as per availability or put in NO SHOW.
• We reserve the right to cancel any part or whole trip for reasons of government decisions, weather conditions and force majeure for which the clients will be offered an alternate date for the tour as per availability otherwise it will be non-claimable.
• If there is any delay or cancellation of Airlines, all scheduled excursions will remain the same (as per actual timing) and the charge will be applicable accordingly.
• We reserve the right to make any change in scheduled timing as per the availability, we are not liable to pay any extra cost if any objection by the guest or Travel Agent.

• 100% payment to be made in advance at the time of booking the trip.
• Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.
• Cancellation as per terms and conditions.
• 5.00% GST is applicable on the total bill amount.
