• On acceptance of the above reservation, we will process your request and will revert confirmation along with Auto – Cancellation deadline for payment.
• Any changes or Cancellation after Cancellation Dateline will result in Cancellation Charges.
• Please be informed that the above cost does not include any surcharges which might be levied by the respective hotel during any Event or Exhibition take place during the requested dates.

• In case of Non availability of the offered hotel, alternate similar category will be offered.

• Company is not responsible for any Airline charge such as Airfare, date change, cancellation in any circumstance.
• Kindly provide us full guest name while sending the bookings with child age to avoid any delay & inconvenience.
• Surcharges will apply during festivals, holidays / extended weekends, travel fairs, special events etc.
• Rates are subject to change in case of any hike in airport taxes, fuel charges, hotel rates, transport rates or government taxes .
• Special requests like early check-in, smoking, nonsmoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival.
• Special requests such as Twin room, double room, and extra bed are always subject to availability.
• If hotel in on high occupancy or any other unforeseen circumstance company reveres rights to change the hotel at the last moment.
• Standard check-in time: 14:00 HRS /Standard check-out time: 12:00 HRS. Early check-in/Late check-out will be subject to availability of Hotel & charges applicable.
• Please be informed that most of the hotels have a standard check-in and check-out schedules as follows and are imposing a strict policy on early check-in and late check-out surcharge:
• Rate of Exchange (ROE) will be applicable as per Exchange Rate along-with conversion & remittance charges extra, i.e. Rs. 1.00/USD.
• We shall proceed with the reconfirmation after receiving complete package cost.
• Passport copies and PAN Cards are mandatory for payments made in foreign currencies.
• No refund for any unutilized rooms, service or sightseeing.

• Water sport activities are strictly subject to weather conditions, especially Parasailing. In case the water sport company cancels any of the activities due to weather conditions, the guest will be offered a replacement of some other available water sport but there will be no refund as such.
• Parasailing as mentioned above is an issue most of the times due to strong currents. As a result, a lot of times Adventure Parasailing is offered as an option on the spot by the water sport company – but of course there is an extra premium attached to it & the guests will be informed accordingly. In case they find that expensive then the Manual Parasailing can be replaced with Donut Boat without any extra premium.
• Any special request such as (room next to each other, connecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, floor covering of any description, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc.) is subject to availability on first come first serve basis upon your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel to assign. However we will request this for you as priority.

• Itinerary might be get changed according to the availability of tours & services and it will inform and updated to the guest once they reach Bali, Indonesia.
• All SIC or PVT excursions plan should be informed to guest as per our DMC (destination management company). if there is any miscommunication, our DMC reserves the right to provide services as per availability or put in NO SHOW.
• We reserve the right to cancel any part or whole trip for reasons of government decisions, weather conditions and force majeure for which the clients will be offered an alternate date for the tour as per availability otherwise it will be non-claimable.
• If there is any delay or cancellation of Airlines, all scheduled excursions will remain the same (as per actual timing) and the charge will be applicable accordingly.
• We reserve the right to make any change in scheduled timing as per the availability, we are not liable to pay any extra cost if any objection by the guest or Travel Agent.

• 100% payment to be made in advance at the time of booking the trip.
• Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.
• Cancellation as per terms and conditions.
• 5.00% GST is applicable on the total bill amount.
