• Packages can be extended to more no. of nights on extra night charges.
• Packages can be customized to 2 nights + 2 nights on request.
• Chargeable upgrades to higher categories rooms are available.
• We do not hold any rooms confirmed for the above.
• Confirmation will be subjected to availability at the time of reservation.
• Visa charges; Visa is gratis and will be granted on arrival. Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
• Meals and services, unless specified in the itinerary, are not included
• The usual check-in time at hotels is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability of rooms.
• The base currency for the above-mentioned price is USD. In the event of an increase in the ROE, the prices defined may change.
• Accommodation charges for children will be determined by their ages i.e., infants/children between 0-2 years will not be provided with an extra cot/bed and hence bed pricing will not be implemented. Please note the criteria for bed requirement is predetermined by the hotel and is non-negotiable.
• The hotel allows a maximum of one extra bed in a room.
• Rates mentioned above are valid only for Indian nationals residing in India. Rates may vary depending on the country of residence.

• Rates are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• Rates are Valid for Indian Passport Holders.
• Hotel / Suppliers / Company reserves the right to auto-release / deny confirmation for the bookings blocked on a time limit basis without any prior information in case of Overbooking / Stop sales situation.
• The hotel reserves rights to relocate the guests to any other similar category hotel in case of overbooking situation at the hotel.
• We shall proceed with the reconfirmation after receiving the complete package cost.
• Rate of Exchange would be applicable as on date of final booking.
• ROE will be applicable as per Exchange Rate along-with conversion & remittance charges extra, i.e. Re. 1/USD is applicable on ROE conversion rate at XE.com.
• Flight details would be required at least 96 hours prior to the arrival in order to arrange the transfer. If we do not receive the same, we will not be responsible for any missed/non-arranged transfers. Also there would be no refund for unutilized / partially utilized services.
• Passport copies & PAN Cards are mandatory for payments made in foreign currencies.
• TCS Deposit Challan Copy & Declaration is required for all the travelers at the time of confirmation (As per new guidelines). Please note that the Guest Voucher will not be issued without receipt of the above-mentioned documents.
• Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.
• As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21 onwards, TCS will be charged @10% on overseas tour packages in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS is each tax year is INR 50,000 or more.
• On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @ 5% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

• 100% payment to be made in advance at the time of booking the trip.
• Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.
• Cancellation as per terms and conditions.
• 5.00% GST is applicable on the total bill amount.
